About the course
Human Resource Management (L-4 & L5) is combination of two sub courses which are Diploma in Human Resource and Management – Level 4 and Extended Diploma in Management Level 5. This is a 240-credit course of which, each level offers 120 credit. This course will develop management skills in a learner with specific focus on Human Resource Management. Leaners will have several opportunities after this course completion in fields like hospitality, banking, healthcare and media etc. This course both Level 4 and Level 5 are equivalent to first two years of a university degree programme and after completion, the learner can get itself enrolled in the final year of undergraduate programme. Both levels have 10 modules each and students will be assessed with the help of multiple-choice questions and written assignments.
